We are currently looking for a Senior Ecommerce API EDI Developer to join our high-performance, remote-first team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust API and EDI B2B integrations that allow our customers to transact seamlessly with retailers and logistics providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that support our platform roadmap.
• Configure custom data mappings, transformations, and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between trading partners and our core systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in backend development and a deep understanding of B2B integration standards. We look for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Extensive experience with API platform development and a strong background in EDI standards like ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, as well as protocols such as AS2, FTP, and SFTP.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, with TypeScript experience being highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to develop custom automation tools and scripts for complex B2B integrations.
• A strong grasp of data formats including JSON and XML, alongside experience with EDI translation software and Value-Added Networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
