The role
We are seeking a Mid-Level professional to join our team as an Earn Operations-Compliance specialist. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere, including Australia. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our innovative Earn products and the complex regulatory environments in which we operate.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Legal and Compliance teams to expand our suite of Earn products, including savings, loans, staking, and structured products, by navigating regulatory requirements and market restrictions.
- Manage the onboarding of legal and novation agreements while addressing ad-hoc requests from market makers and key business partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and customer support to ensure our operations remain compliant while maintaining a seamless experience for our VIP and institutional clients.
Skills and experience
- Three to five years of professional experience in product operations, product management, compliance, or risk operations within the cryptocurrency or traditional finance sectors.
- A deep understanding of Earn products, including yield farming, lending, options, and derivative protocols.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset, paired with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A background in legal, traditional finance, or structured products is highly preferred.
