What is this role?
This is a full-time, mid-level position based in our London office. You will be instrumental in managing our graduate recruitment efforts, acting as the primary face of our organization for students and recent graduates. You will be expected to work from our office at least three days each week, with some travel required to attend campus events throughout the country.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our UK graduate intakes, managing everything from initial application reviews to extending final offers.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with careers services, student societies, and target universities to ensure a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity within our applicant tracking system to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for our future recruitment strategies.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in high-volume recruitment, specifically within the UK graduate market. We are looking for someone who can balance the demands of the recruitment cycle while providing a personal and engaging experience for every applicant. You should be comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Bright Network to source talent. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be acting as a brand ambassador at career fairs and advising our internal leaders on Gen Z workplace trends. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
