Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on program management and talent acquisition. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity from anywhere in the country. You will be responsible for refining our existing programs and expanding our reach, particularly as we look to grow our apprenticeship and internship offerings.
Your impact
- Program Management: Take ownership of our early career initiatives, including our hybrid engineering new grad program, our internship program, and our Upward apprenticeship program.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and our internal talent team to align our program goals with the broader hiring needs of the company.
- University Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities while designing creative branding events that establish Affirm as a top destination for early career professionals.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in program management or university relations.
- A proven background in recruiting, specifically with a focus on implementing effective strategies for early career talent.
- The ability to think creatively to improve existing processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and candidates.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The annual base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. We believe in a transparent pay structure and offer a comprehensive total compensation package that includes:
