The opportunity
As our new E-Commerce Sales Assistant, you will act as the vital bridge between our agency and potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will take ownership of our personal LinkedIn profiles. Your primary mission is to build authentic relationships and guide prospective partners toward a conversation with our sales team. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term, as our goal is to build a lasting, permanent partnership with every team member we hire.
A day in the life
- You will engage with potential clients on LinkedIn, identifying their needs and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- You will refine and improve our outreach templates, bringing your own creative ideas to the table to ensure our communication remains personal and effective rather than robotic.
- You will collaborate closely with our performance and sales departments to sharpen our approach and ensure we are reaching the right audiences.
Who you are
You are an intrinsically motivated individual with a strong drive to learn and grow quickly. You are deeply embedded in the e-commerce world, meaning terms like CPA, AOV, and scaling are part of your daily vocabulary. You understand the mindset of founders and growth marketers because you may have even worked in an online shop yourself. You possess a smart, charming, and direct writing style, and you are comfortable spending your day communicating through text. While experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales, or customer support is helpful, it is not a requirement. You must be fluent in English to succeed in this role.
