We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join us as an E-Commerce Sales Assistant. This is a full-time, remote position that focuses on building relationships and generating opportunities through written communication rather than traditional cold calling.

Key outcomes

• Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn to build rapport and identify business needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our internal sales team.
• Utilize and refine provided outreach templates to ensure high-quality, personalized communication instead of automated spam.
• Collaborate closely with our performance and sales departments to effectively target our core audience.
• Take responsibility for managing our professional LinkedIn profiles to represent our agency effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential for this role.
• A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including familiarity with metrics like CPA, AOV, and scaling strategies.
• Strong written communication skills, including a talent for copywriting and a natural ability to connect with founders and growth marketers.
• A preference for written sales outreach over phone-based cold calling.
• An intrinsic drive to learn quickly and a proactive approach to your daily tasks.
• Previous experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales, or customer support is considered an asset, though we welcome applicants with the right mindset and potential.
