Dynamics 365 Technical Architect at Enviva

Our team shares a clear vision for a renewable energy future, and we’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to help shape the technology that supports our operations.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level Dynamics 365 Technical Architect position. The role is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce while translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical team members and business users to create solutions that follow Microsoft best practices, and lead peer code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage the technical side of support tickets, troubleshoot issues, own ISV software and integrations, and deliver project work on time and within budget.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring a solid understanding of D365FO architecture and extensibility, along with expertise in X++ and SQL and working knowledge of .NET, C#, and C++. You have strong experience with LCS and Azure DevOps, proven skills in application lifecycle management, and the ability to design reusable frameworks and patterns. You can lead a development sub-team, present technical topics clearly, maintain thorough documentation, and follow our Software Development Life Cycle process. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related business field, at least eight years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, and the willingness to earn one relevant Microsoft certification each year are also important. Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills help you work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at every level.
