The role

We are looking for an innovative Senior Consultant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States. In this senior-level position, you will serve as a technical expert and business analyst, delivering post go-live support and configuration for Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will play a vital role in our mission by ensuring our clients receive maximum value from their business applications through your technical excellence and client-centric approach.

Core responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and support for Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with specific client business objectives and system requirements.
• Design and test custom solutions and integrations while coordinating effectively with development resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Proactively manage strategic projects and reactively resolve break/fix issues to minimize service disruptions for our clients.

Skills and experience

• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, ideally in a support-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Finance, AR/AP, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming is strongly preferred.
• Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A demonstrated passion for customer service and a commitment to our core values of integrity, tenacity, and technical excellence.

Compensation and benefits
