Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Platform Technical Lead at Greenshieldholdings

We are Greenshield Labs, a Canadian health-technology company building apps and services that make care more accessible and affordable. We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform Technical Lead to keep our platform reliable, secure, and ready to scale.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain multiple Dynamics 365 CE environments, handling triage, troubleshooting, and performance issues.
• Coordinate support activities across additional specialists and align work with IT and business teams.
• Manage user roles, security profiles, workflows, and other administrative settings to keep the platform effective.
• Lead system upgrades and new deployments while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
• Configure and customize Power Platform components and Dynamics 365 applications to match evolving business needs.
• Guide other technology teams on integrations that connect Dynamics data with internal systems.
• Monitor system health and security, applying best practices for data management and compliance.
• Document configurations, processes, and protocols, and deliver training so end-users get the most from the platform.
• Coordinate deployment activities across development stages and maintain code-quality standards through peer reviews and knowledge transfer.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Four or more years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Dynamics 365, preferably in Customer Service or Sales modules.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Practical experience developing with .NET (C#) and JavaScript inside the D365 SDK, including OData and REST endpoints.
• Proven ability to coordinate development work across a team of Dynamics developers.
• Proficiency building and supporting both model-driven and canvas applications on the Power Platform.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English for written and verbal collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Web Jobs, and Azure Data Factory.
• Completion of the MB-400 or PL-400 exam, or certification as a Power Platform Developer Associate.
