What you bring

As a Senior Developer working in a full-time capacity, you will join our sampling operations squad to help us maintain our rapid growth. Based in France, you will work in a hybrid environment alongside a diverse group of engineers, product managers, and data scientists. Your primary focus will be to enhance our data analysis software and ensure our sampling methodologies remain reliable and efficient. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and improving our sampling platform by collaborating with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers to drive new and existing features.
• Contributing to our GraphQL API, service architecture, and database systems to ensure high-performance infrastructure.
• Mentoring fellow developers and acting as a subject matter expert to foster technical excellence across the team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about open source and eager to contribute to our technical community. You should have significant experience with Ruby on Rails, specifically working with version 7.0 and Ruby 3.2, and have a proven track record of deploying code to production. Proficiency with open source API gems is essential. Beyond your technical hard skills, we value candidates who are transparent, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. You should be fluent in French and possess the collaborative mindset necessary to thrive in our squad-based structure.
