About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Django / ReactJS Developer to join our team on a contractor basis. You will be an integral part of our 25-person tech organization, working alongside 18 other developers, product managers, and data experts to build and refine our proprietary RentalReady platform. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing international company that values innovation and high-quality software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features while ensuring our platforms remain stable, secure, and highly scalable.
- Collaborate directly with product management, finance, and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical user stories and application requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality through rigorous testing and efficient implementation processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience working with Django and Python.
- Proven proficiency in web development, including HTML, CSS, and RDBMS technologies like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Practical experience with ReactJS and a willingness to handle front-end development tasks.
- Fluency in English and a strong desire to work within a global, remote-first environment.
- Bonus points if you have a background in TDD, Agile methodologies, system performance monitoring, or hold an MSc in Software Engineering.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
