The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Django / ReactJS Developer to join our growing team as a contractor. You will be an integral part of our 25-person RentalReady squad, collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build features that scale. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to make a tangible impact on the way people experience travel and property ownership.

A day in the life

• You will design, develop, and deploy new features across our platforms, ensuring every line of code is secure, stable, and highly efficient.
• You will collaborate directly with our product, finance, and data teams to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and technical solutions.
• You will participate in the full development lifecycle, from initial testing to production, helping us maintain the high standards of our rental management ecosystem.

Who you are

You are a seasoned developer who enjoys the freedom of remote work and the challenge of building for a global audience. You communicate fluently in English and bring a strong technical foundation to the table, including:

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with Django and Python.
• Practical experience with ReactJS and a willingness to dive into front-end development.
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience managing RDBMS like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• A proactive mindset, especially if you have experience with TDD, refactoring, or optimizing system performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
