Distribution Leader at UBQ

At UBQ Materials, we are changing how the world views waste. As leaders in the circular economy, we have developed a unique process that converts residual waste into high-quality, sustainable materials. Our team is dedicated to reducing CO₂ emissions and fighting plastic pollution to create a cleaner planet. We are currently looking for a Distribution Leader to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be the primary link between our company and our global distribution partners, helping us scale our reach and drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide distributor teams to secure new business while coaching their sales representatives to improve performance.
• Maintain operational excellence by tracking performance against targets, producing regular progress reports, and ensuring our CRM system is kept up to date.
• Manage distributor inventory levels and coordinate internal resources, such as marketing materials and technical support, to ensure our partners have everything they need to succeed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• One to three years of experience in B2B sales, network activation, or managing distribution channels.
• A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• A deep understanding of distribution models, ideally within the polymers or materials sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
• Residency within 100km of Bergen op Zoom.
