About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Talent to join us on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for guiding our recruitment and hiring strategies. You will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and hiring managers to manage our talent acquisition efforts while supporting broader employee engagement initiatives. This role is a key part of our Talent team, ensuring that our hiring processes reflect our deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organizational values and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing offer processes to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to design structured, efficient selection processes and optimize the use of our recruitment technology.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to synthesize and report on talent data.
- Proven experience as an effective project manager who can lead initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on centering the needs of candidates and employees.
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles within recruitment practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Location
This position is remote. While we welcome applicants from anywhere, we have a preference for candidates who are within commuting distance of our offices in New York, Philadelphia, or Boston.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $127,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
