We are looking for a Director, Strategic Product Management to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Health-E Commerce, we have served as a dedicated advocate for consumer health and wellness since 2010. We operate a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, including FSA Store and HSA Store, designed to simplify the tax-free healthcare market for Americans. As a portfolio company of HIG Capital, we are committed to helping people maximize their workplace benefits and health spending programs through an intuitive online shopping experience. In this leadership role, you will define our product strategy and drive meaningful improvements to the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of our site optimization roadmap by prioritizing initiatives that enhance conversion, retention, and the overall customer journey for our retail platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, engineering, and data teams to design, test, and implement site improvements, including A/B testing and funnel analytics.
- Mentor and coach our team of product managers and product owners to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the retail or ecommerce sectors.
- Proven expertise in site optimization, conversion strategies, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
