Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing recommendations and cross-functional coordination.
- Craft compelling narratives and differentiated positioning that translate complex, technical identity solutions into clear, resonant messaging.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts to inform our product strategy and marketing workstreams.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Empower the sales organization by creating high-impact collateral, training materials, and tools based on deep buyer persona insights.
- Cultivate customer advocacy by building programs that highlight success stories and foster a community of satisfied users.
- Build and manage a high-performing product marketing team while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Proven track record of operating within growth-stage companies and multi-product environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to act as an agile, data-driven operator.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, particularly with complex or technical subject matter.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
- Experience supporting sales teams and driving go-to-market execution.
- Fluency in English.

The annual base salary for this role is between $195,000 and $225,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and location.
