Director, Solutions Architecture at Simon Data

At Simon Data, we are on a mission to transform how brands use data to create personalized, impactful customer experiences. Since our founding in 2015 by a team of serial entrepreneurs, we have been building a premier enterprise Customer Data Platform that helps businesses scale their marketing efforts. We are currently looking for a Director, Solutions Architecture to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this senior role, you will be the bridge between our complex technology and our customers' most ambitious goals, ensuring that our clients successfully integrate our platform into their existing martech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solution architects to ensure seamless customer onboarding and technical success.
• Partner with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable workflows within our ecosystem.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to C-suite executives and leadership at high-growth enterprises, helping them solve complex challenges at the intersection of marketing and data.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in solutions architecture, SaaS implementation, or sales engineering.
• Proven leadership background with 4 or more years of management experience.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and the ability to read and understand Python.
• Deep expertise in APIs, web and mobile SDKs, and mapping business needs to technical solutions.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.

What we offer
