Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.

- Strong technical proficiency with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment tools, including AWS, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- A proven track record of leading teams through technical transitions and modernizing legacy applications.
- Experience with large-scale data systems and a solid understanding of data privacy regulations.
