About the Role

We are seeking a Director or Senior Manager of Engineering to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering group responsible for our next-generation AI-powered data platform. You will balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic people management, ensuring we build resilient, scalable systems that support our rapid growth and commitment to enterprise-grade supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, career development, and inclusive collaboration.
• Partner with product managers and architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
• Establish and refine engineering processes, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code review standards to support rapid and secure deployment cycles.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Over 12 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a management capacity within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python or Java, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and data engineering pipelines.
• Proven experience managing teams building AI-enabled products, including familiarity with ML model integration and large-scale data processing.
• Expertise in building secure, multi-tenant enterprise systems.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a track record of scaling engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and event-driven architectures is considered a plus.
