The role
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Director, Sales Plays to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity within the United States. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will shape our go-to-market strategy by developing differentiated value propositions that address specific industry challenges. You will report directly to our SVP of GTM Strategy and Operations and lead a complex, cross-functional initiative that spans marketing, pre-sales, sales, alliances, enablement, and customer success.
Core responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to create 5 to 10 differentiated value propositions and supporting collateral, such as business value calculators and process discovery frameworks, over the next 12 months.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project roadmap, coordinating milestones and dependencies across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish and institutionalize a continuous feedback loop to refine and improve sales propositions after they have been rolled out to the field.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in B2B product or industry marketing, sales operations, program management, or pre-sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs with strong project management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable operational plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with the executive presence required to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Previous experience developing and launching new sales solutions or products is highly desirable.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $271,000 USD. As part of our commitment to a flexible working environment, this role is fully remote.
