The role
We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States. This is a senior leadership position designed for a strategic professional who thrives on optimizing go-to-market efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our North American operations, using your analytical expertise to ensure our sales teams operate with maximum efficiency as we scale.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the operational strategy for our sales organization, including account segmentation, territory management, and the maintenance of our lead database.
- Drive business growth by identifying key areas for improvement through rigorous analytics and actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales Operations team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to streamline productivity.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in analytical and strategic environments. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate analytics, or sales operations, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in a leadership capacity within a FinTech or SaaS company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, open-ended business challenges using quantitative skills and clear communication.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
