We are currently looking for a driven leader to join our team as the Director of Regional Management for our Oncology division in the Eastern United States.
What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our East Region Oncology team, overseeing regional sales leaders, clinical sales liaisons, and enterprise solutions representatives.
- Take full accountability for the sales performance of the region, ensuring we meet our organizational goals while aligning our business strategy with our broader mission.
- Foster a high-performance culture by supporting professional development, promoting ethical behavior, and ensuring consistent accountability across your team.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in people management, marketing management, and customer operations. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and brings the following qualifications:
- Over a decade of senior sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically with a history of selling complex, value-driven solutions to C-Suite executives and health systems.
- At least five years of experience leading high-performing teams within the genomics or clinical genetic testing industry.
- A deep understanding of the United States healthcare landscape and a proven ability to identify and capture growth opportunities in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, paired with a servant-leadership mindset that prioritizes the success and development of others.
What you'll get
