What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Recruiting Operations to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a strategic architect for our talent ecosystem, ensuring that our recruiting engine is efficient, scalable, and data-driven. You will work closely with our headquarters team to support the hospitals that provide life-saving care every day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Developing and executing strategic talent initiatives that translate complex goals into simple, measurable processes.
- Overseeing our talent technology stack and data analytics to provide actionable insights that inform our hiring strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations and talent management. You should possess at least six years of experience in strategy and operations, along with a proven track record of leading teams for at least two years. We value candidates who have successfully implemented new recruiting technologies and who are highly proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets. You must be comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence. A bachelor’s degree is required, and you must be prepared to work from our White Plains office four days per week. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
