What you bring
As our Director of Product Marketing, you will serve as an executive leader responsible for connecting our brand narrative to our product roadmap. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the United States. You will leverage your expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and data analysis to drive growth and user engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of product marketers.
- Defining and executing the global strategy for product launches and feature positioning.
- Collaborating across the organization to influence the product roadmap and ensure our value resonates with our diverse user base.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically in product marketing and 3 years in a leadership capacity. You should possess a strong background in B2C environments, ideally with experience in subscription services. We value candidates who are fluent in English and hold a BA, MBA, or equivalent professional experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who balances creative storytelling with rigorous consumer insights and data-driven decision-making. You should be a collaborative influencer capable of rallying cross-functional teams toward a unified vision.
What we offer
We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. The salary range for this position is $233,000 to $247,000 USD. In addition to our base pay, we support our team members with the following benefit:
