At Collectly, we are transforming the patient financial experience through our proprietary technology that integrates directly with electronic health records. We are a fast-growing, profitable startup currently supporting over 300,000 patients every day across thousands of medical practices. We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team and help us continue to streamline billing operations while making healthcare more accessible and transparent for everyone.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires you to be based in our Santa Monica headquarters. Because this is an on-site role, we are looking for candidates who are already in the Los Angeles area or are ready to relocate to join us in the office.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap and execution strategy for our pre-service and post-service offerings.
- Drive product discovery initiatives to identify high-value business opportunities and translate them into a detailed, actionable product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to build scalable solutions that address real market needs and improve the overall user experience.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep passion for fixing the complexities of the U.S. healthcare market. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or as a founder.
- A proven track record of taking a product from its initial 0-1 phase or driving significant growth for an existing platform.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a bias toward action, with the ability to define clear KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, plus a bonus opportunity. Our benefits package is designed to support your long-term health and financial well-being:
- Unlimited vacation time.
- Stock options to share in our success.
- 401k plan with company matching.
- 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Student loan contribution program.
