What is this role?

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a leadership position for a strategic thinker who is ready to drive product innovation within the data security domain. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and ensuring our technology continues to meet the needs of our global customers.

What will you do?

• Lead strategic planning by analyzing market trends and performing competitive intelligence to help define and evolve our product roadmap.
• Manage the product backlog by collaborating with technical teams to prioritize epics, user stories, and tasks that align with our core business objectives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by leading product demonstrations, pitches, and discussions, while also equipping our sales team with the training and materials needed to succeed.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing products throughout their entire lifecycle. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on cloud, SaaS, and data security fields like DSPM, CSPM, or CNAPP.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or major SaaS applications like Salesforce and M365.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technical needs into clear product strategies.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
