The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to serve as a key leader within our organization. In this executive-level role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring our talented team of product managers while setting the strategic direction for our product roadmap. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and daily execution, ensuring that our platform continues to provide meaningful value to students, teachers, and administrators alike. A day in the life
- You will guide the successful execution of our product objectives, ensuring that our roadmap is aligned with our long-term goals and success metrics.
- You will mentor and grow a team of high-performing product managers, fostering an environment of professional excellence and collaboration.
- You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through launch, working closely with our design, engineering, curriculum, and quality assurance teams to ship impactful solutions.
Who you are
You are a seasoned product leader with a deep passion for education and a desire to work in a mission-driven environment. You possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in SaaS product management or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing other product managers.
- A proven history of launching successful, high-impact features and products.
- Strong skills in user research and quantitative data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that inspire stakeholders and gain organizational buy-in.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to balance high-level strategic thinking with the willingness to dive into the details when necessary.
- Fluency in English.
