Normalyze is a fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity firm recently honored with 2024 Cybersecurity Excellence awards for our work in Data Security Posture Management. We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our efforts in India and drive innovation within our data security platform.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to our product vision and strategic development by analyzing market trends and performing competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to manage sprint planning, breaking down large epics into actionable user stories.
- Maintain and refine a prioritized backlog of epics, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic objectives.
- Lead customer-facing activities, including product pitches and demonstrations, while acting as the primary voice of the customer.
- Develop training materials and sessions to equip our sales team with the knowledge needed to improve effectiveness.
- Partner with marketing to create clear product messaging and communicate updates to the broader market.
- Manage responses to RFPs and RFIs while supporting proof of concept efforts for potential clients.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a unified product delivery.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of product management experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3 years focused on cloud, SaaS, and data security.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or SaaS applications like M365, Salesforce, and Zoom.
- A proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Demonstrated ability in competitive intelligence, customer engagement, and sales strategy development.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
