As we continue to grow our 17-year-old platform, we are looking for a Director, Product Management to lead the teams that connect millions of patients with over a hundred thousand providers.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for your product area.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing product managers to execute on our collective goals.
- Collaborate across departments, including Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales, to influence outcomes and drive business success.
- Own key performance metrics such as revenue, user growth, and engagement.
- Implement industry-leading product development practices to ensure consistent team success.
- Launch innovative features that improve the way patients and providers interact within the healthcare system.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of product management experience, preferably with B2C SaaS or marketplace platforms.
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience leading and developing product teams, ideally within complex organizations.
- Proven success in driving measurable improvements in business metrics.
- An action-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities and a curious mindset for solving complex healthcare challenges.
- A strategic, customer-focused approach to product iteration and vision setting.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $290,000 USD.
