- You will define success metrics for your product areas and implement systems of accountability to ensure your team hits key business growth objectives while fostering an environment where your product managers can grow in their careers.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 8 years of experience in product management, specifically building digital consumer products throughout the entire lifecycle, including a significant track record in the payments space.
- You possess 5 or more years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a proven ability to meet roadmap commitments and drive business outcomes.
- You are a strong communicator who can navigate ambiguous situations, synthesize complex concepts for executive stakeholders, and use data and user feedback to guide your decision-making.
- You are fluent in English and ready to work in a hybrid environment, contributing to our collaborative culture.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is 195,000 USD to 275,000 USD per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
