We are looking for an experienced leader to join us in this mission as our Director of Product Management for Payments.
What you'll be doing
- You will define the product vision and strategy for our Benefits and Payments team, ensuring that our members experience a seamless and anxiety-free process when managing the costs of their care.
- You will collaborate closely with our Commercial, Clinical, and Product Marketing departments to launch new offerings that anticipate market trends and reflect a deep understanding of our members' needs.
- You will be responsible for setting clear success metrics and accountability systems, ensuring your team consistently hits the objectives and key results that drive our business growth.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive role, you should have a strong background in digital product management and a passion for our mission in digital health. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, specifically building digital consumer products throughout their lifecycle, with a proven track record of delivering a significant product within the payments space.
- Over 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to meet roadmap commitments and foster professional growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to navigate ambiguous situations, provide clear strategic frameworks, and synthesize complex concepts for executive stakeholders.
- A rigorous, data-driven approach to product strategy that incorporates meaningful user feedback.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
For this full-time role based in the United States, the annual salary range is $195,000 to $275,000. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
