We are currently seeking a Director, Product Management (Payments) to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us scale our impact and improve clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product vision and strategy for our Benefits and Payments team, ensuring that our members have a seamless experience that removes the anxiety often associated with the costs of medical treatments.
- Collaborate closely with our commercial, clinical, and product marketing departments to identify market trends and launch new offerings that meet the evolving needs of our members.
- Define clear success metrics and accountability systems, taking ownership of OKRs that drive significant business growth while mentoring and managing a team of product managers to support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on digital consumer products and the successful delivery of a significant payments-related solution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing product teams with a proven ability to meet roadmap commitments and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for executive stakeholders and provide clear strategic frameworks for your team.
What we offer
For candidates based in New York City or Colorado, the annual salary range for this position is $195,000 to $275,000. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for bonuses and stock options. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your whole self, including:
