The role
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Account Defender product. This is a full-time, hybrid position open to candidates anywhere. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the strategy and growth of our solution for website fraud and abuse, guiding a team of technical product managers while acting as the primary subject matter expert for the business.
Core responsibilities
- Own the full product roadmap, strategy, and execution for Account Defender, ensuring it serves as a key growth engine for the company.
- Mentor and supervise a team of technical product managers while coordinating across departments to align on strategic initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers and sales stakeholders to understand pain points, drive revenue targets, and translate complex data into actionable product decisions.
Skills and experience
- Proven track record as a product leader, specifically in growing early-stage products within dynamic environments.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: B2B2C cybersecurity, UEBA, or online web fraud detection.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to dive into technical details and data to drive execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership without relying on authority.
- A self-sufficient, ambitious, and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000, which may include additional on-target bonuses or incentives. We are committed to supporting our team through a comprehensive rewards package, including:
