What you bring

As our Director of Product Design, you will provide strategic leadership to our talented design team while working in a remote capacity. You will be responsible for driving design quality and ensuring our product experiences are both innovative and impactful. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product management and engineering to translate user insights into meaningful solutions. This is a full-time, senior-level position where you will serve as a key partner in our cross-functional leadership team.

• You will act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure that our design language remains cohesive throughout the entire user experience.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong analytical approach to design, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision-making. You should have at least 10 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 5 years spent in a leadership role managing direct reports and developing talent. Expertise in consumer-facing mobile applications for both iOS and Android is essential, as is a proven ability to balance small design iterations with larger strategic shifts. We value candidates who demonstrate a bias-to-action, possess excellent communication skills in English, and are comfortable presenting work to executive stakeholders. Please note that an online portfolio is required for consideration.

What we offer
