The opportunity

We are searching for a Director of Product Design to lead our design strategy and innovation efforts. In this role, you will guide a talented team of UX designers, working hand-in-hand with our product management and engineering departments to build intuitive, data-driven experiences. You will be the champion of design excellence and user empathy, helping to shape the future of our platform while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a remote position that offers you the chance to solve complex challenges and make a tangible impact on our product suite.

A day in the life

• You will establish and articulate a clear vision for the future of design at Agiloft while mentoring your team to help them grow and stay current with the latest UX tools.
• You will lead comprehensive user research initiatives, synthesizing complex insights into actionable strategies that inform our product roadmap and design decisions.
• You will collaborate across departments to advocate for user-centered principles, ensuring that our features are consistent, accessible, and aligned with both business goals and technical constraints.

Who you are

You are a seasoned design leader with a passion for building high-quality B2B SaaS products. You bring a wealth of experience and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

• You have 8+ years of experience in UX design, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• You possess deep expertise in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design, and you are comfortable facilitating customer discovery workshops.
• You are highly proficient in tools like Figma and Creative Cloud, and you have a strong grasp of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• You are an excellent communicator who can tell compelling stories to influence stakeholders at all levels, and you have experience working with distributed, multinational teams.
• You hold a degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English.
