What you bring
We are seeking a Director Principal Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity at our headquarters in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will define the strategy for our pre-service and post-service product lines while ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the product roadmap and execution for both our business clients and end-users.
- Leading product discovery initiatives to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Utilizing customer data and feedback to build a comprehensive and actionable product backlog.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments. We value individuals who have successfully taken products from inception to launch or driven significant growth for existing platforms. You should be a self-starter who excels at solving complex problems through analytical rigor and clear communication. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be based in the Los Angeles area or willing to relocate, as this is an on-site position.
What we offer
