We are now looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to join our global team of 250 people and help us drive our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition funnel and define strategies to scale our customer base globally.
- Set and optimize aggressive revenue and customer acquisition cost targets across paid, influencer, and affiliate channels.
- Manage global budget allocation and channel mix based on real-time performance data.
- Lead a high-performing team of media buyers and channel leads to ensure efficient, sustainable growth.
- Design and scale structured experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-converting content and messaging strategies.
- Oversee revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting across international markets.
Must-haves
- 10+ years of experience leading paid media within a direct-to-consumer environment, specifically with international scaling.
- Deep expertise in managing 8-figure budgets across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Proven success in managing influencer and affiliate performance models.
- Advanced analytical skills with fluency in tools like Looker and various attribution systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing marketing teams.
- A results-oriented mindset focused on revenue, efficiency, and measurable scale.
- Professional proficiency in English.
