Director, Performance Marketing

Location: Antwerp or Amsterdam
Experience: 10+ years experience in paid media, growth, and digital strategy

Own performance marketing and help drive the next €100M in revenue.

This isn’t a step sideways. This is a leap into a business built around performance. You take control of the full acquisition engine — from paid social to influencers and affiliates — and turn it into a powerhouse for global scale. You lead the strategy, the team, the experiments, and the spend. If you’ve mastered the metrics and you’re ready to challenge playbooks that no longer deliver, this is where you do it. Zero fluff. The role

You own the full funnel and define how the business scales its customer base in the next phase of global growth. You run core acquisition channels like a high-performance machine while building what’s next through structured experimentation. You drive revenue targets across Meta, Google, influencers, and affiliates, and set the foundation for the next frontier of performance media.

You collaborate closely with Creative to shape testing roadmaps, messaging strategy, and content formats that convert. You lead and develop a strong team of media buyers and channel leads, ensuring growth is fast, efficient, and built to last.

What you’ll do

  • Set and optimize aggressive revenue and CAC targets across paid and affiliate channels
  • Own global budget allocation and channel mix based on performance signals
  • Lead structured experimentation and scale winning acquisition strategies
  • Manage and develop a high-performing performance marketing team
  • Drive forecasting, reporting, and revenue planning across markets

You won’t

  • Optimize for vanity metrics instead of revenue and contribution margin
  • Spread budget evenly instead of allocating based on performance
  • Delegate accountability for results

How you’ll succeed

You think in models and move fast. You bring structure to complexity without slowing momentum. You are comfortable owning outcomes when stakes are high. You connect creative, data, and budget into one clear growth plan. You balance hands-on involvement with long-term thinking, filtering what is worth testing and what is noise. You lead with clarity, set high standards, and build teams that execute with confidence.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years leading paid media in DTC, with experience scaling international markets
  • Deep expertise managing 8-figure budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Strong experience with influencer and affiliate performance models
  • Advanced analytics skills; fluent in tools such as Looker, GA, and attribution systems
  • Proven ability to design and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Experience building and leading high-performing performance teams
  • You want your impact measured in revenue, efficiency, and scale
