What you bring

As our Director of Performance Marketing, you will serve as the strategic lead for our growth initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Culver City, and you must reside in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for scaling our revenue and improving efficiency across all paid channels while managing the following core duties:

• Lead the planning and optimization of paid media channels, including Paid Social, Search, YouTube, and CTV.
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies that balance customer acquisition costs with long-term value and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with finance, creative, and product teams to build full-funnel acquisition paths and rigorous measurement frameworks.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the ecommerce or direct-to-consumer apparel space. You should be fluent in data analysis, including attribution models, incrementality, and contribution margins. Success in this role requires a deep technical understanding of platforms like GA4, Google Ads, and Meta. We value individuals who are kind, collaborative, and creative. You should be comfortable presenting insights to executive leadership while remaining willing to dive into the platforms yourself to solve problems. A strong sense of ownership and a commitment to the customer experience are essential traits for this position.
