We are Isar Aerospace, a fast-growing company at the forefront of the New Space industry. Responsibilities

Lead our people operations team as a central point of expertise.
Build and maintain highly organized, structured HR processes with a focus on precision.
Manage critical compliance areas, including international labor law, payroll, and social tax requirements.
Utilize modern HR technology to streamline our operations.
Serve as an approachable, communicative leader who cultivates a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Collaborate and negotiate effectively with work unions and councils on an international level.

Must-haves

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience working as an HR Generalist.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing international subsidiaries or working abroad, particularly in the U.S., Norway, or Sweden.
Deep expertise in labor law, payroll, and social taxes.
Proficiency in using SAP and Workday.
Fluency in both English and German.
A highly structured, detail-oriented approach to your work.

Nice-to-haves

Experience navigating international work unions and councils.
Background working within the manufacturing industry.
Experience managing M&A activities, including Betriebsübergang.
