Key outcomes
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business objectives into comprehensive people strategies that support organizational health and scalability.
- Design and implement talent programs, including performance enablement, succession planning, and leadership development, to elevate team performance.
- Coach and develop leaders to foster inclusive, high-performing teams while upholding our core values.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support the company through periods of growth and transformation.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive measurable improvements in employee experience and productivity.
- Manage complex, cross-functional people initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Champion a culture of belonging, equity, and inclusion while proactively addressing employee relations and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in HR or People operations, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in an HRBP role partnering with executive leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience in a People leadership role, ideally within a tech, healthcare, or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage organizational and cultural transformation.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Expertise in using data-driven insights to solve problems and influence decision-making.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep sense of empathy for diverse groups of people.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a preference for candidates based in the Rocky Mountain or Pacific time zones.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Go-to-Market, or Engineering teams is highly preferred.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary based on your location and experience. Please note that compensation may fall outside these ranges based on individual qualifications and skills.
- Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro): $182,800 to $215,000 USD
- Zone 2 (Other CA locations, Seattle, WA): $164,520 to $193,500 USD
- Zone 3 (Other NY/WA locations, DC, Austin, TX, CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, OR, RI, VT): $164,520 to $193,500 USD
- Zone 4 (All other locations): $146,240 to $172,000 USD
