What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced executive to join us as a Director, Payer Engagement & Strategy. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States that requires travel. In this leadership role, you will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships within our Chief Commercial Officer’s organization and play a pivotal part in managing our relationships with national and regional health plans.
What will you do?
- Oversee strategic payer portfolios across all segments and states to ensure we maximize the contribution of our platform.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to develop our Strategic Payer Management Team while building multi-year strategic plans for each assigned payer.
- Lead high-level coordination between internal functional teams and external payer stakeholders, including managing national joint operating committees and reporting on relationship status and risks.

- At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically working with health plans in the value-based care space.
- Expertise in relationship management, portfolio management, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of effectively engaging with senior management.
- A Master’s degree or other advanced degree in management, public policy, health services research, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
