We have scaled past 150 employees, secured Series D funding, and are proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ best startups. We work with industry leaders like Slack, HelloFresh, and Vanguard, and we are looking for a talented Director of Web and Organic Strategy to join our remote-first team. We value impact, inclusivity, and a culture where you can do your best work alongside humble, passionate peers.

- You will lead our conversion rate optimization efforts by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve user journeys and product signups.
- You will own our organic growth and SEO infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and development teams to implement technical improvements, manage site migrations, and maintain high-performing search architecture.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical site optimization and a proven ability to drive organic growth. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in technical SEO, including expertise in sitemaps, JavaScript indexing, and redirect mapping.
- At least 5 years of experience using Google Analytics and reporting on web metrics.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Google Tag Manager.
- Proven experience managing WordPress or PHP-based websites.

- Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a base salary range of $199,000 to $234,000, plus a 10% bonus and generous equity compensation. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance with 100% employee coverage.
- A 401k plan to help you save for the future.
- Unlimited vacation policy, plus approximately 23 additional days off per year, including a company-wide end-of-year break and monthly three-day weekends.
- A remote-first work environment with a $500 home setup stipend and monthly reimbursements for cell, wifi, and coworking expenses.
- An annual professional development allowance of $1,500+.
- Inclusive family-building benefits, including paid parental leave and support for adoption, surrogacy, and IVF.
