About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Talent to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership role, you will act as a hands-on guide for our recruitment strategies and resource planning. You will oversee the talent team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across the company. As a catalyst for our culture, you will influence change and drive growth while ensuring we attract and retain the best people to support our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all departments, including our comprehensive intern hiring program.
- Manage the internal Talent PMO, taking accountability for the programs and projects that elevate our overall talent strategy.
- Mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team by setting clear performance standards, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to maintain high engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a hands-on leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for high-capacity technical roles, such as Engineering, Product, and Data & Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to create reports and dashboards that inform strategic hiring decisions.
- A deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, including employer branding, compensation benchmarking, and the use of applicant tracking systems like Lever.
- A demonstrated ability to apply a DE&I lens to all recruitment practices and a preference for candidates with a mix of startup, agency, and corporate experience.
