What you'll be doing

• You will develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and addresses the specific needs of the healthcare sector.
• You will lead, mentor, and support our team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining high standards for all hiring practices.
• You will partner directly with our clinical and administrative leaders to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or professional certification considered a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in a director-level talent acquisition role, specifically managing a team of recruiters within a healthcare environment.
• A deep understanding of healthcare staffing requirements, regulatory compliance, and employment laws.
• Proven success in designing and implementing innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English.
