What is this role?
We are looking for a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to join us on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position that will be based in the United States. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for shaping our global hiring strategy and evolving our talent acquisition function to support our ongoing growth and long-term organizational goals.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with business, finance, and HR leaders to forecast talent needs and integrate workforce planning into our core business cycles.
- Elevate our market presence by developing a strong employer branding strategy and ensuring every candidate has an inclusive, engaging experience.
- Modernize our recruitment operations by implementing and optimizing AI tools, automation platforms, and data-driven dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights.

You are a visionary leader with a deep background in human resources and recruitment. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success in designing and managing a global recruitment function.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Experience using industry-standard tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lever, or SAP.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, while a master’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through change while managing ambiguity.
- Fluency in English.
