About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this leadership position, you will oversee our global recruiting function. You will be responsible for the entire talent lifecycle, from initial workforce planning and sourcing strategies to final onboarding. You will manage our growing recruiting team and partner directly with executive leadership in the US and India to ensure we attract and retain the exceptional talent needed to fuel our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of recruiters while overseeing the full-cycle hiring process across all departments.
• Design and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our long-term hiring goals and organizational growth.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to define success profiles, manage hiring plans, and champion a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or tax services sectors.
• A proven track record of managing and developing recruiting teams while building scalable hiring processes.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruiting across diverse disciplines, including engineering, product, and tax.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across global teams.
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
