What you bring
As our Director of Talent Acquisition, you will step into a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy, managing our hiring systems, and leading our talent acquisition team to secure top-tier medical providers. Your work will directly influence our ability to provide high-quality care, and you will be expected to drive results through the following core responsibilities:
- Designing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill all open positions across the organization.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure all hiring goals and deliverables are met.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, to refine our hiring processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment programs, ideally within the healthcare sector. You should possess strong project management skills and a proven ability to lead talent acquisition professionals. We value candidates who are excellent communicators, comfortable working with data-driven performance metrics, and capable of building strategic partnerships. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
