NOVOS FiBER is looking for a Director of Systems Engineering
We are looking for a dedicated Director of Systems Engineering to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this leadership role, you will oversee the systems engineering functions for both NOVOS and PRIME FiBER. Our organization focuses on high-level infrastructure and system development, and we need a strategic leader who can ensure our technical operations remain robust and efficient.
Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive leadership and management for the entire systems engineering department.
- Direct the activities of our internal systems engineering team to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with external teams that support our core systems engineering functions.
- Manage relationships with all vendors and suppliers who provide critical components for our system stacks.
- Oversee the delivery of services related to system components for both NOVOS and PRIME FiBER.
Requirements
- Proven experience serving in a Director-level capacity within an engineering environment.
- Strong expertise in systems engineering principles and technical management.
- Professional proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work on-site to facilitate direct collaboration with our teams and partners.
