Key outcomes

• Evaluate internal and external risks and opportunities by synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute our organizational Strategic Plan.
• Scope, plan, and lead high-impact projects, ensuring clear milestones, defined metrics, and effective change management.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end problem solving, from structuring the initial approach to delivering final, data-backed recommendations.
• Utilize agentic AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of strategic analysis.
• Create clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences using inverse pyramid techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement in our internal processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in strategy or a related field.
• A strong background in top-tier strategy consulting, in-house strategy teams, or comparable corporate environments like FP&A or corporate development.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing others.
• Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven experience with agentic AI and analytical synthesis.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time for offsites, team meetings, and onboarding.

Preferred qualifications

• A combination of experience in both strategy consulting and in-house corporate roles is highly desirable.
