Our mission is to empower high-growth ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands to scale efficiently. With a team of over 2,500 employees across five countries, we focus on delivering rapid fulfillment and real-time inventory visibility through a merchant-first mindset. We are currently seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to join our team in the United States on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key outcomes

• Lead our annual and quarterly planning cycles while defining departmental OKRs and managing our executive operating cadence.
• Oversee mission-critical, cross-functional initiatives such as network optimization, new site launches, and product rollouts.
• Establish program KPIs and governance structures to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal departments to refine BizOps processes, including go-to-market strategies and support workflows.
• Partner with our data and analytics teams to design actionable dashboards and conduct root-cause analysis for service performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during customer business reviews and support our sales efforts with prospective clients.
• Scale our existing team by designing effective organizational structures and mentoring talent.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in strategy or operations roles, specifically within 3PL, ecommerce fulfillment, logistics, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Excepted executive communication skills, with the ability to present structured problem-solving narratives to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
